Oksana has been practicing mindful and Himalayan yoga for 7 years. She started teaching yoga a year ago and also practices meditations and Qigong.

45 mn sessions in English start every hour and are for both experienced and non experienced yoga practitioners. You can borrow a yoga mat on site ; if you have one, do not hesitate to bring your own.
